1 Diameter Range

PC steel bars are typically available in diameters ranging from 6 mm to 20 mm, meeting various prestressing requirements.

Common Sizes：6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, 11 mm, 12 mm, 13 mm, 14 mm, 15 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm, and 20 mm.

2 Strength Grades

Standard tensile strength grades include: 1420 MPa ,1470 MPa , 1570 MPa (most commonly used)

Higher grades are available up to:1,860 MPa

Yield Strength ≥ 1,280 MPa (may vary slightly depending on applicable standards)

3Surface Types

Spiral Ribbed Type

1)Features continuous spiral ribs along the surface of the bar.

2)Enhances mechanical interlock and bonding strength with concrete.

3)Commonly referred to as Spiral Ribbed PC Steel Bar.

Plain Surface Type

1)Features a smooth, rib-free surface.

2)Prestressing force is transferred primarily through end anchorage systems rather than bond action.

3)Suitable for specific prestressed concrete applications requiring anchored load transfer.
